1.What if the seller doesn't ship internationally, can I still bid?

Yes. Mogan Shopping manages all the logistics behind your item orders. Your items are delivered to our warehouse in Japan, then we ship them internationally to any region that EMS reaches.
2.Can more than one person bid on the same item?
Any of our members who have interest in bidding for same item can do so at any time via Mogan Shopping’s system. However, only the highest bidder will win the bid, so we recommend you place your ceiling bid quite high and auto-set to highest bidder. However if you buy from the website shop, it depends on the quantity in stock.
3.Can I use my Yahoo! Japan account to bid and you handle the rest?
Most Sellers on Yahoo! Japan only sell locally, and may have difficulty in communicating with you. Furthermore, you have no protection. If you shop through Mogan, you will have all necessary privileges to bid at Yahoo! Japan in real-time and in control, backed up by our experienced customer service teams, with international delivery to your door.
You will receive an e-mail notice as soon as the auction is over, telling you that you have won. This notice will also include the amount you must pay as well as instructions on how to pay.
You will receive an e-mail notice (from Mogan Shopping) announcing that you have been outbid. However, due to the nature of the internet, e-mails may at times be late or maybe blocked. In the unlikely case of this happening, you can visit your 'My Account' to check your auction status before the end of the auction, or even after the auction to verify your status.
6.How do I find out if I am the high bidder?
Mogan Shopping sends you outbid status updates to your registered e-mail address throughout the auction process and also immediately after the auction is closed.
Our system automatically places you above the highest bidder until the end of the auction period or to your ceiling price is reached.
You can keep track from both your email and in your 'My Account'. If your ceiling deposit is breached, you will be notified and asked if you wish to lift your bidding price with another deposit into your Mogan Shopping account.
7.What is the ID Mogan Shopping uses on Yahoo Japan?

We use several accounts within Yahoo! Japan Auction, and you can monitor the bidding condition simply by checking the 'Bid Info' in the item page after you have placed a bid.
8.What if the first bidder on an auction backs out and the seller contacts Mogan
read more..
In the unlikely event that a Yahoo! Japan seller directly contacts Mogan Shopping about anything related to your interest, we will immediately contact you. If you are second in line to receive an item on a backed out auction, you will again be immediately notified if the seller contacts us. Please note this status does not automatically align with our system and takes a bit longer to process since it is not an automated auction.
9.If I made a mistake, can I retract my bid?
Yahoo! Japan does not allow any retractions of bids, please use caution when placing bids. Mogan Shopping has a bid preview page before the bid is placed, please double check your amount and auction number there.
It could mean two things:
1) The seller has a reserve price on the item and your bid has not met their reserve. You will need to
bid higher if you wish to win the item.
2) Your bid is too high. Yahoo! Japan has a rule that the bid must be within 100 times the original
amount, so if an item has a bid of 1 yen, you must bid within 100 times (or 100 Yen) of the original
amount.
11.How can I know when an item condition is updated?
You can monitor all item conditionsin 'My Account' and 'My Order'.
Inaddition, we will send you item condition alerts to your Inbox' in your Mogan account.
12.Why did I not win the bid even though I was the highest bidder?
There are few reasons where this rare condition may occur.
1. The seller prefers not to deal with deputy service representatives.
2. The seller does not wish to have their items sent internationally.
3. The seller does not sell items to buyers whose account has a few negative feedback.
4. The seller has some specific requirements such as, to ask before placing a bid, etc.
Mogan Shopping operates as a deputy service on your behalf, providing a smooth and enjoyable international shopping experience. However on occasions, some rare conditions occur that are out of our control to prevent or avoid. In such a case like this, we would suggest you to remove this order and receive your full and deserved refund. Thank you for your understanding, patience and cooperation.
