Simply follow these steps:
1. Go to our homepage and customize our site via the language link (top right).
2. Click the Register link and fill out (steps 1 and 2), agree to our Terms of Service and submit.
3. You will receive a notification e-mail requesting confirmation of your registered information and to verify your
    email address.
4. Once confirmed, your account will be activated after 10 minutes and we will send you a second email notice
    confirming your Mogan shopping account is ready.
5. Return to our homepage and sign in.

3.Do I need to place an initial deposit down to start my bid and buy? read more..

After you register as a member, you will be provided a Mogan account. Firstly, you need to select a preferred payment option (Paypal or others). You do not need to place any funds into your Mogan account initially. However, if you wish to bid or buy items, you will be expected to deposit money into your account in order to fulfill your bidding or purchases.

Note, at this stage, you might win the auction or purchase an item at the item’s face value and pay for shipping later.

The minimum deposit is no less than the item’s face value or the maximum price you want to bid. You can top up your deposit anytime online. Furthermore, it is very easy to apply for a refund.You control your account and can withdraw your deposit at anytime.

Please use the 'Place Deposit' function within 'My Account'.
Our system will add your deposit into your Mogan account within 10mins.
You can check and verify your balance in your Mogan account.
Please ensure your account is sufficiently funded to enable full bid and buy privileges.

It depends on the member.
In order to save your time, we suggest you set the system automatically checkout
or most function as system designed.

However still some part needs you operate by yourself, such as 'Place the Deposit',
'Fill the Refund Application Form', 'Fill the Buy for Me Request Form', ect.

If you did not receive a validation email after registering, please ensure you have filled all required information on the registration form and check your spam folder.
If you still cannot find the validation email, please send us a screenshot of your registration and along with your full name and email address, and we will investigate your problem and setup a validation account for you.
